By accessing or using our websites, portals, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Terms of Use for connected social accounts. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

If you participate in the KDN+ marketer partner program, your signed commission agreement and program policies apply in addition to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create a marketer portal account or connect social accounts for commission and influence reporting.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by submitting false referral or social performance data, circumventing fraud or review controls, scraping or attacking our systems, or violating applicable law or third-party platform rules.

• Provide accurate information in signup, claims, and support requests.
• Use referral and tracking links only in ways permitted by your agreement and our guidelines.
• Respect intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights of KDN Group, KDN+, partners, and other users.

Referral commissions, social influence claims, and Creator Pool allocations are governed by your signed agreement, admin review, and documented program rules. Estimates shown in the portal are not guarantees of payment.

We may investigate suspicious activity, adjust or reject claims, suspend accounts, or withhold payouts when we reasonably believe fraud, abuse, or policy violations occurred.

KDN Group LLC and its brands retain all rights in logos, content, software, and materials we provide. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use approved marketing assets and links solely to promote the program as permitted.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific earnings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KDN Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services or marketer program at any time for violation of these terms, your agreement, or for operational or legal reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time; disconnecting linked social accounts is described in our Terms of Use.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
