Terms of Use — Social accounts & marketer portal
KDN Group LLC · Effective September 16, 2026
These Terms of Use describe how you connect third-party social accounts to the KDN+ marketer portal and how we use information from those platforms.
Scope
These Terms of Use apply when you use the KDN+ marketer portal at marketers.kdngroupllc.com (and related subdomains) and when you choose to connect a third-party social account such as YouTube or TikTok through our “Connect” flow.
They supplement our Terms of Service and your commission sales-rep agreement. If there is a conflict, your signed agreement controls commission and payout terms.
Information we access
Depending on the platform and permissions you approve, we may receive and store:
- Account identifiers (for example channel ID, open ID, or username).
- Public profile information (display name, avatar, profile URL, and where available banner or cover image).
- Content and metrics for posts you own on that platform (for example video titles, URLs, view counts, likes, and comments) when you select posts for influence claims or when we sync eligible content.
- OAuth tokens required to refresh access until you disconnect.
How we use this information
We use connected account data to verify your identity as a partner, display a “verified connection” status in the portal, reduce fraud in social influence claims, calculate and review performance metrics tied to the KDN+ partner program, and comply with law.
We do not sell your social profile data. We do not post to your accounts without a separate explicit action or integration you control.
Storage and security
OAuth tokens are stored on KDN+ backend systems in encrypted form. Access is limited to systems that need it for verification, sync, and program operations.
We retain connection data while your account is active and as needed for commission records, disputes, and legal obligations. When you disconnect, we revoke stored tokens and stop new syncs; some historical claim records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party platforms
YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms are operated by third parties. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes to their APIs, outages, or account actions they take on your profile.
If a platform revokes our API access or your token expires, you may need to reconnect to continue verified sync and claims.
Disconnecting
You may disconnect a linked social account from the marketer portal at any time. Disconnecting stops new data collection from that platform using your prior authorization.
You may also revoke our access in the settings of the third-party platform (for example Google Account permissions or TikTok app permissions).
Prohibited conduct
You must not connect an account you do not control, attempt to link the same platform account to multiple marketer profiles, or manipulate metrics or URLs to obtain unearned influence credit.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms of Use when we add platforms, change data practices, or update legal requirements. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Questions about social account connection or these terms may be sent to the contact email on this page.
